Our preferred partnership model is strategic investments, i.e., acquiring, in whole or in part, the resources and/or infrastructure of attractive projects, including:
- Assets (technologies, formulations, brands, patents, and ideas);
- Existing businesses (after careful examination using our own model, which includes a mission/values conformity check, financial audit, etc.).
Co-owned Brands
This partnership model is ideal for companies that have their own successful brand and well-developed infrastructure but lack core competencies in supply chain management and/or marketing and communications. In such case, a new brand must be registered (as jointly and equally owned intellectual property) to be further developed through joint efforts of both partners. This kind of partnership proved to be the most profitable and effective way to grow a business in Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.
Exclusive Distribution Agreements
We’ll be glad to become an exclusive distributor of a famous international brand in Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. Mutually beneficial relations and conformity of our future partner and the brand itself to our mission, values, priorities, and strategic goals, as well as to certain financial performance criteria (including the margin level), are a must.
